A synbiontic supplement

For MAQUIPRO®, we handpick maqui berries in the wild and carefully freeze-dry them in a special process that preserves the polyphenols and reduces the residual content of kernels.

Probiotics add activity

Freeze-dried maqui berries are mixed with live, probiotic Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 6505® bacteria.

The unique formulation of MAQUIPRO® with probiotic bacteria and polyphenols creates a synergy that leads to better uptake of polyphenols and a healthier microbiome. Moreover, the synergy lowers interpersonal variation of the benefits of the polyphenols in MAQUIPRO®.


This is because Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 6595® is able to colonise evenly independent of a persons unique microbiota and thereby leads to a more common respons.
